Yeah I know, another whinge about the fuckwits at the Post Office.
Firstly, I don't give a flying fuck in space who's at fault, and I'd like to re-iterate my original points about those CWU members holding the public to ransom again until their employers do something or other about whatever situation they're in.
Unacceptable.
So, like many people, I'm left without a reliable source of getting a letter or packet to somewhere else in the UK short of taking it myself.
Is there any usable alternative? I was speaking in a bit of detail to a friend at TNT who apparently have contingency plans in place should Royal Mail fall over (which wouldn't entirely suprise me, bearing in mind their employees seem happy to put themselves out of work for being so fucking childish) however up until that happens their own mail service still piggybacks on Royal Mail.
Is there anything else we can use? I don't have *huge* amounts of post to send but I do ebay rather often and it's basically keeping me afloat at the moment and don't want to have to raise postage prices for a 30 quid item weighing under 100 grams to send it with a courier of choice - however I might have to offer that as an option.
