From my brief re-visit a few weeks ago.

The UI is terrible on high rez displays
Interacting with items is horrible
Still the same class imbalance that DAOC has always suffered from.

Other than that, it is what it is. Obviously the textures and models could do with a decent polish but for a near 15 year old game it doesn't actually look that shabby.

upgrading some pve zones is not going to make any difference to the game.

redo the whole launcher/client a-la Mojo before it went all "lol buy your hacks here"

Apparently radar and speed hacks are now rampant in the game so unless they get rid of the cheaters a lot won't be returning.

Wipe and restart Free 2 play and make money from items you could buy a lot could be made to game ... Probably follow Neverwinters way on how Free 2 play works.

Sadly when threads containing video proof of speedhackers are brought up on Postcount the BroadSword team or community manager never respond to them despite being active for other threads, not even to give a heads up that they're being investigated, its almost as if they don't really care.

Yeah. Some people are happy to spend silly money on silly things. If it keeps a game going then why not? DAOC still has the best pvp of any mmo its just a shame it is let down by years of neglect from various publishers.
