Looks like a high gore factor game, most probably crap too....although it did look like you could shoot protesters in one of screenies

The game was funny for about 10 minutes.

Pick up spade, decapitate someone, whack head about for a few minutes, piss on someone and make them throw up and then uninstall.

Go into the Console
Set GameState Demotime 9999
Enjoy the demo for as long as you like
