relics dont affect cap and dont see how your cap can be 1137, mine is atm 1126 with mom2 and 9% ToA Damage. its quite fun critting for 16xx, and its not that rare with WP4

You have MoM2 + 9%, I have MoM4 + 5%, so I have 16% vs your 15% damage increase, that's how my cap is higher. Only WP2 though
