No fire wiz hits that damage without a body sorc.Average fire nuke is 500-600 in rvr, 400 on highest resists, with body sorc 700-818.With relics probably add 50-100 more per nuke, bolts hit hard too if you refering to those but then again so can runemasters.(they get -10% resist debuff with 219DD nuke we get better delve bolts)

It's worth it if enemy has resist buffs and you don't have power relics.. but you rarely face resist buffs from alb atleast.. and you rarely face hibs at all x< so overall it's not worth it

Not rly, the dmg veriance is about +50 dmg with your main nuke. And the spell itself does about 200 less dmg, so you need to nuke 4-5 times make more damage overall and I usually 3-4 shot my targets plus the debuff nuke is has slower casting time :>

Well suppose your target has 50% resists, with the debuff you'd be facing 37.5% resists (-12.5% from a 10% debuff since it's 1.25*delve like most things in daoc), so instead of doing 50% of your dmg you'd be doing 62.5% of your damage, which equates to a 25% increase in damage output ( 12.5% of 50% = 1/4) For that 25% to be a +50 dmg gain, it means you were hitting for 200 damage prior to debuffing. (since 25% of 200 = 50). Therefore the debuff nuke hits for 200 less damage. 200 - 200 = 0. Therefore you're saying the debuff nuke does 0 damage against people with 50% resists.

Anyone can see this is not true, therefore, you are clearly completely wrong and thus since no one else has expressed differing views, we are forced to conclude that I am right!
