The Middie drops we've gotten in Camlann (you get the drops depending on what realm the grp leader is from) have included such fun things as a +3sword +3shield +20HP +5enrgy sword (straight to the S/S warrior) and +2shield +15str +5spirit +9thrust shield.

When i was soloing some however I (hib char) got a coif with 4 shield, 12hp, 4 body and 1 INT...not many S/S champs on Camlann

All mobs drop stuff as far as I can tell (bar possibly the animals - widowclaws, ice wolves etc). Even the innocents drop gear (thoguh it is not particularly good ). The Restless Guardians in Marfach have dropped a fair amount for me, as have the Icebound Moribunds in Doden's Gruva. Not actually killed any of the named yet, not quite high enough level yet
