Nope, no images can be posted, only linked to.

Also you cant upload images to here, if thats what you mean.

If you mean showing an image in a post then it can be done

for example

You have to have the image "hosted" somewhere on the internet, then use the "IMG" button, reference the image(URL) to display the image in the post in post
