Post lvl 40 exp nowadays

Since lair ain't working as it used to, because of PLers or whatever, I'm just curious where people exp at 40+. Soloing, DF or is everyone PLing?? I've tried to exp both a savage and a hunter but I've found it almost impossible to get any steady exp after lvl 40. Just a bit curious if anyone feel the same way.

Faraheim.

The treehouses outside Hagall, the treehouses just along the road from Hagall, the cicadas, the annoying pesky snakes, Delling Crater, the Faraheim Fawns etc, Iarnwood, Iarnvindur's Lair, Trollheim, just outside Bjarken, Iss, Morvalt camps outside of Trollheim, the Berklan (hmm might not be spelt like that) camps.

There's loads of places in SI which, in my opinion anyways, are far better than the Lair.

most relayble place is df tbh SI is fun and cool with the change but df is more solid, though NOTHING like lair :/

A good guild will run hunts for you, which are normally good xp. They may not be as good xp as lair used to be, but I would prefer good xp and good company, to great xp and the usual lair attitude anyday.

unless you have an alt healer or alt sm on another acc then yep lair is prity much dead to normal ppl who only play 1 acc at a time

I think what he's trying to say is that the Lair isn't dead it's just full of power levelling alts with pb SMs and healerbots


Fortunately that means all the other places are nice and free for better xping like Vell said.
I'd far rather get a good guild group out xping than even for one remote second think about going to the lair.

Dunno bout lair since I haven't tried getting into their for ages, but the most common exp-places nowadays does seem to be DF and Trollheim/Faraheim... both spots rock if you get a good group going.

Did 40 - 50 with alliance grp mostly in df or Dodens. Dodens has better xp , but df owns for cash .

yes get up so early that you are the second tank to get there and then still not get in till past noon, as they have no tanks in their groups. So they wont need one and no they dont tell you (atleast in my case) that they actually dont need you. So you think you have a shot of getting a group, while you would be better off making one yourself.

Or do some quests, you can get a hell of a lot of xp for them. Since Ancenstral Secrets is now repeatable, you can just spam it from 48 up to 50, with very little effort. Plus your epics, and all the others, you really don't need to spend all that much time xping in the traditional sense, anyway.

Lair has turned corupt, ppl lvling alts, using and abusing others, its very nasty indeed, i'd say its the worst place in the game to find a group and even if u get in u could be kicked at any moment.
