How hard is Snatcher’s Tale to level? Having to level it by killing Birts, Norse or Celts it could take a while to get lvl 10. :mad:

STAT CAP BONUS NOTES

As most of you know, Trials of Atlantis features many powerful items and artifacts that give very strong bonuses to new special buffs created just for the expansion. These buffs were to casting/melee/archery haste, casting/melee/archery damage, combat style damage, and archery/casting range. Since the expansion's launch we have become aware that by mixing and matching different Trials of Atlantis items with bonuses to these buffs, players can make their characters far more powerful than we intended. Because of this, we are now making changes to the way that stat bonuses and some buff types from ToA items are capped, as well as making changes to some of the items themselves.

- In researching this issue, we found that a 50th level character could receive up to 50 bonus stat points (the character's level divided by 1) from items, buffs, etc. Our design called for the stat cap to be set at the character's level divided by two (plus one), and we've even given this answer out in discussions and chats. Feedback from our users proved there was a discrepancy. We have fixed this bug, so now everyone's stat cap bonus will be lowered to meet the new formula. Now, a level 50 character's stat bonus cap will be 26, not the overpowered 50.

- A new cap has been added that limits the bonus from ToA items and the amount of new ToA buffs that one character can receive. Previously, characters received the full bonus. Now, they are capped to be level divided by 5, total, for each of those three buffs. So, now a level 50 character with three items that each give a +5% bonus to melee combat speed will receive a 10% bonus, cumulative, from those items, instead of 15%.

- Additionally, we have altered all Artifacts as well as many other ToA dropped items to reduce the amount of bonus they give you to these ToA-specific buffs. A list of some of these items can be found in the items section later in this patch note.

This means i can only get +10% casting speed haste +10% spell range, however the original cap still stands for the rest of them.

- think its best trying to cap your castingspeed bonus , your misisng one lvl of mota
cuz at higher RR(aftergetting your actives) one level of mota can cost easily 300+k rps
- also this is a proc to avoid, it will give enemies free root iminuty when they hit you

The benefits gained in other areas are worth not capping +cast speed imo.

And the armour proc is on gloves which is an area with a low chance to hit and then you consider the chance to proc is quite low also. Not much of a problem.

I reckon once all this is farmed it should help me considerably :)

The elemental charge is on the bracer of Zo.

cast speed is the most important stat for a cleric imho
especially now we will be facing lill luribombs pbooming at 1sec

From what I have gathered, MotArt is additive and ToA cast speed bonus is multiplicative, meaning that MotArt has more effect than cast speed bonus. That means missing out on 3% ToA cast speed bonus is not equivalent to one level of MotArt.

Having said that, I am naturally going for the full 10% cast speed increase post-nerf myself, and doing my damnedest to get 25% by any means possible before the nerf -- at 18% at the moment. ;)

It appears that healers/hybrids who wear armor (cleric, druid, shammy, healer) will get the TANK version of Maddening Scalars with the tank stats such as melee speed, they cannot recieve a version of the Maddening Scalars with appropriate stats. Convo with CSR seemed to indicate that this will probably remain so.
Cleric, Druid, Shammy, and Healer should be moved to 'partial use' at best. Really the item is near useless for these classes. Jan 9

The restriction is that 1 character can only activate 1 of each artifact.

Theres nothing preventing you having 2/3/more different bracer/ring/etc artifacts - other than your time (and sanity) to obtain, activate and level them.

Its explained somewhere on CamelotHerald, ask someone whose played US servers to be certain if you know any tho ;)

This loses the dmg reversal armour proc so the root breaking point can be ignored :)p) And the wolf form proc which wasnt the most useful thing in the world anyway.

it does gain a nice heal proc on the hauberk, capped + cast speed. ALL resists capped. Overcapped con and dex and more +power percantage.

Oh and it has all the nice gubbins and toys from the previous setup :)

All you need is a key from the ML2.10 raid and you get the class specific chest piece afaik :)

Two keys were dropped when we killed him yesterday. Imo he is doable with 1 fg as long as you keel the snakes fast.
Use the keys to open the chests in the room.

It is not ML 2.10 mob, seems it is the ML 3.10 one, Medusa.

Dunno nothing about that one :)
