I use the arcanite stratus on my druid. gives +24 dex +24 emp +2% cast speed, +7 heal% and +7 buff. Obviously it dont have dex/acu cap but generally speaking a druid can easily get these from his chestpiece (normally GOV) and belt/rings/cloak like the immolated ring, krojers , zephyr cloak etc.

EDIT: Neffs suggestions are good, very bling bling.

best bet is to look for a rog, unless you can get your hands on the aerus shield with dexcap. arcanite buffeting buckler, or something similar.. has 10 dexcap

i have a rog with 8 dexcap in vault but shit stats otherwise, pm me if you want it though and i'll find exact stats

i switch between that one and the first one i posted for buffing/healing. works very well they both look very similar too.

hardass to get a non-rog weapon with dex cap and suitable stats for a druid. I usually go for dex cap on jewely + some armor pieces (lightning etched sleeves, soot tainted boots, GoV, shadow tainted hauberk to name a few) and on weapon either heal bonus or mebbe crafted, but if you dearly need dex cap on a weapon rog is the way to go.
