this should be easy in theory. I have my rputer which i have set my pc to be the dmz. So this should forward everything to the pc.

I have also tried setting rules for specific ports 7777 eg and all the testers come up ports closed.

This is with and without the windows firewall on.

Any ideas what i am missing?

Tried without the DMZ? I don't know much about them but I don't think you're using DMZs as they are supposed to be used. Why not just forward whatever ports you need directly to the IP or name of your PC?

Also add the rules to open the required ports on the windows box for in and out bound traffic. Off on the windows firewall does not always mean everything's open.
