I love porridge as well, don't make it often enough because I am too lazy to wash out the mess that soya milk in porridge makes of the pain :p

Mashed banana or dried cranberries in porridge! The best.

Except when I nick some black pudding off chris.

Porridge only tastes good 'cause your mommy made it when you were a kid and when it's brekkie time, your brain only realises "porridge/morning food, good, mommy good" :D

But yeah, porridge is rather nice at times. If someone else makes it. Own made porridge sucks, porridge shouldn't demand work. It's the last remrant of the 50s chauvinistic world :D

Nah, my mother never made porridge. Your statement is flawed!

Porridge is ace because its something warm and full of carbohydrates in the morning.

You're a woman, you're a porridge provider, you don't know

Also if warmth and carbos are the only reason, i got something for you

Women have mums too you know Oo

And we were once children! We don't sprout fully grown from our father's heads no matter what greek mythology says.

Although that would be in keeping with my Goddess status.

And thats just wishful thinking :p

Oh no it's not :D

If we compare majorities, females know how to cook porridge whilt men don't :flame:

It's thine job and responsibility!

Also it's in your genes to well feed and keep warm a man going out for the hunt :p

Ask your dad where he learned it :D

Does your dad have sisters?

Is he the only one to carry on his mothers porridgetage?

There are occasinal men who can do the porridge, and occasional women.

In the porridge line of work, we call these "all male litters" and "daddys tomgirls"

You can tell a lot from the porridge, and the porridge never lies :flame:

And you just, first experiences with porridge, made it yourself and thought "Hmm, this is good"?

I doubt it.

I'm thinking, school, lunchlady, cold/rainy day out and porridge makes the day :D

You can deny it all you want, the truth is in the porridge! Some people realise this, i know who you are *points finger at screen*

Nah I wanted to try and eat better and lose some weight. My friend mentioned porridge was very good so I gave it a go.

First attempt was a bit too watery, 2nd attempt was nice and thick mmmm!

Nah he's a guy who does weights etc

You go and ask him if he enjoyed porridge his mama made. It's all connected. Porridge runs this world you know.

As a diabetic, it's hard to believe you didn't eat porridge before you started weight training, around here, it's like the main nutritient in hospitals, and if you're a diabetic, you've had hospital food :ninja:
