Population locks

Doing some rally work on my guild atm a terrible way of thinking came up.
Say, you got the CE HS (14-18) and you start playing and the server you have choosen fills up, fine and good. 55k people under the hood, congratz.
Then the 15th comes and the SE HS people come in, another what ? 55k+?
Now, the server you have choosen for your guild as home is really full, but no big or even small queus yet. So far so good.
Now, come release day, 1mill people storm the servers. Your CE HS char is worth what with a constant queu on YOUR server, you wanted your guild on?

I see a problem arise, if not for others then for sure for me.

at a guess its going to recommend a server in the same way other mmorpgs do so server that are verging on full for one side would not be recommended for new players not a fix but then if you decide to go against it then you cant blame them if you spend a lot of time queing

specialy with the White Rose DAoC guild server initiative this is likely to happen. We already asked GOA moderators to check this situation to let them judge this matter in ahead, but no real answer so far.
