Polls on main page.

I'm not sure if this has been previously suggested or asked for, but what is it with the "WTF" polls on the freddyshouse main page? To anyone with half a brain, or has no intention on playing any game involving elves, wizards or other RPG's, these tend to mean absolutely nothing.

I'm not sure how large the mmporg community is on Freddyshouse and I don't really much care. Nor am I sure if that poll is linked to polls on the forums, or if it's separate.

If it's linked to forum polls - can we have some non-rpg polls sorted every now and then so people not inclined to bugger pixies can vote on other nonsensicle items? (Who would you like to roger with a prize winning leek, who should win the rear of the year 2007, etc etc).

If it's entirely unlinked and someone purposefully makes a poll for the front page - stop it!

I have never buggered pixies and I love fantasy MMO's!!


That said I have buggered a few lady lurikeen in my time but they are just little women with big ears and even bigger jugs. Bit like that scouse bird, Jennifer Ellison but without that fucking annoying squeeky scouse accent.

But back to the topic, yes some more non-mmo/rpg polls would be nice.

The polls should not be visible I think if you are not subscribed to the public DAOC group. It also depends on where the poll actually is on the forums...

I reckon those polls arent on the front page because there'd be no competition kryters, you'd win both and you know it!!

I always assumed it was random choice of recent polls made. I've seen polls from general forums plenty of times its just that many, many more polls are made in the DAoC forums because many, many more people post there. Its just a random numbers game, if you want to see more non-mmorpg polls you''ll have to make them.
