Soze, you are living in a fantasy world. We are part of the EU, like it or not, and there are lots of courts that someone could appeal to.

I know that and i know there is no way it can work with the things are now but i still think that the way things are needs to be looked at. I think its sickening these people who killed a child get Human Rights at all.

Is it not naive to call prison 'rehabilitation'.

Maybe that is what it is supposed to be, but Im not so sure that is actually what it is.

No, never. Lock them up for the rest of their lives if needed. Make their lives in prison not so easy to pay for their crime.

I simply don't believe we have the right to decide who gets to live and die, regardless of what they've done. Life is precious, not something we should be using in the name of justice - it's more like revenge.

I voted yes, because i feel in a case like this the culprit should be hanged.

However, i know there are too many lines and boundarys and ambiguities for the death penalty to work in general practice.

Use chinese water torture on them fuckers! dying is letting them getting away easy!
However i voted yes.. because chinese water torture is not going to happen :(
