Yes it will be fine just that you will not have all the new direct x9 features since that card is dx8 supported i believe, i know the fx5700-5900 series are dx9.You probably be able to play on 1024x768 res with 2 or 4xaa on and some anistrophic filtering perhaps x4 pretty good.

As for people mentioning painkiller, there's an add on out on 27th called battle out of hell and is 10 more levels, can't wait for it.

Runs pretty well, and looks sweet.

I totally ignored the suggestions of AA...I'm aware I'd be lucky to get 1024x768. I did manage to run Farcry at that, but any filtering and I am playing through a slideshow.

This was in the pre-Grav gun hours of the game, just shortly after the Metro Cops let the Manhacks loose in the underground.

Got the grav gun last night - am up to Ravenholm atm. Haven't had much time since Tuesday to play it a lot, so I'll be getting in a good 5-6 hours or so today.

Fucking loving it so far though - Ravenholm was brilliant. Those Fast Zombies and Poisonous Headcrabs are a pain in the arse. Sooooo satisfying when you finally take em down with the shotty.
