I would use the sword/shield only for bubblebreaking and slamming if I were you, thus I would make sure I have capped dex/qui, and capped resistances to mezzes when wearing the shield and the sword, but if you can cap all like with Pins template I am sure it is better.

i didn't bother using a SC calc and every resists bar spirit is capped and spirit is about 26% or sumthing (have aom) depending on weapon equiped pole or s/s i have +11...only thing that isn't capped is my dex and thats not by about 40 pts unfortunatly working on that next though
