No they don't have a bolt with snare. They have a snare nuke (1350 range, 179 damage at best).

Also maxing energy resist won't help vs a chanters dds sub as they use the light base dds usually (which are heat) with their heat debuff.

Spam nearsight

Light eldritch got nearsight and a 350 radius aoe mess, best one got about thirty second duration something, and yes also arguably among the best dd nukes in the game.

chanters get a heat debuff in the pbae (mana) line, max is 50% heat debuff, so no wonder he hits for loads on low spec

edit; with baseline DD, not his pbae (pbae is nasty on its own )
