Drop your own guilt/self doubt women hate that as much as arrogance.
Go to a sports facility everyday for at least 30 mins and work on a six pack, before work or after work.
After work/sports go to a local wine bar or very nice pub for max 30mins-1h, maybe take a newspaper or book to have a half eye on if your worried about being alone.
Every weekend go out to decent nightclubs/wine bars. Never get too drunk!
Clean and Shave alot.
Eat Healthy.

Some good advice in the thread if your serious about this. Personally think your taking the piss.
