Ok guys it happened again, i got really bored and this time i came up with something myself. Its kinda weird because its not normaly the thing i would normaly come up with , its kinda punkish, busted eat ur heart out tbh.

Well as i said i appreciated everyones comments before good and bad so if you wouldnt mind giving it a listen and letting me know what you think :) and yes i know the vocals could be better but its just me voice!,

Ive had to put them in 2 seperate files , dont ask why , cheers! :)

Oh and the lyrics do just about mean something , its about being slated for getting no-where in life and having no ambition (falling into a routine of nothing where days just go on and on), and a few other things i think thats it.

Thx again

Well, its not perfect :p But you're definitely on the right track. I got a feeling that the vocals wasn't perfectly synced with the song itself on some places. Other then that, good work and keep it up! :)

Touch those vocals up a tiny bit, mainly the area where you hang the notes (probably to do with the recording as someone already stated) and it would be very good.

Pretty basic, guitar play that you'd hear from any 7th grader, with some forced singing on top and not to mention drumfills used like their candy in a christmastree.

Sorry, but it needs a visit from Major Revamp.

haha ok fair enough, theres nothing wrong with something being simple though. The drumfills i can see ur point but its drum software im not entirely sure how to use, as far as the "guitar play from a 7th grader" i could come up with something completely over complicated and it wouldnt suit the song.

No not at all, but this wasn't even good in a simple way.

You just are too caught in the drumfill, guitar fill thing and use them a bit willy nilly to brake the drumming, when it doesn't need a brake.

Basicly...

It's too simple(all around) to work without singing, and the timing and choruslines of the singing is poor to say the least.

It may have potential, but it will take a few years.

Fair enough , just bare in mind i dont have the equipment / software to make an extremely accurate recording. Its more as a rough idea (the riffs are not repeated but played all the way through the recording) so sometimes timing is an issue.

tbh your drum fills are way too early .. they need to end when your chord changes back to the start of the riff...other than that enjoyed it ^^

What software do you use to record your music?
