how do i reactivate my old account?

i am playing on the NA servers atm but would like to play some of my old charts.

do i need another client? where do i get it?

There is a sticky thread on how to patch to US to become EU client (make a copy of your US client first and use that one..). Your old accounts should already be open. The old GAME password is now used for both game and subscription page. Look here.
