i log on i can see people a minuete or 2 l8r and theres only me ... whats happening ... in gothwaite harbour

just happened to me too.
i switched to different chars and the same thing was happening to all of them.

Its the same for all, i was in df and got killed 3 times by invisible mobs, doesnt even target the mob attacking you so you cant fight back.

Well in the year of increased subscription we get:

Further behind patches
Accounts Hacked
GM accounts hacked
Mobs dissapearing

I can really see where the increased revenue is going.

run pingplotter to your server (I'm sure someone will remember the IP for it and post ) - this sort of thing is often caused by lag/packetloss.

Merchants vanish after about 90 or so seconds, no way is it lag or packet loss

I like others wont quit the game as I enjoy playing it, but that doesnt mean I wont complain/moan in the vain hope that it will be heard and taken on board.

Oh and the flipside of telling ppl to quit so you dont have to read their whines.... would be erm... just dont read their whines

fair do's it's happened to individuals before because of lag/packet loss - sounds like this is bigger ( and the server coming down kinda confirms that)

Try reading what people have written muppet !

There not complaing about the game, there complaining about the service of the games hosters - how will quitting help fix that ? people like the game so why should they quit. If there was a facility to move accounts to the USA servers, have a large player base at Euro peak times and a nice low ping, then these servers here would be deserted.
