Well the time i was most hooked in daoc... I woke up one night and started roaming my living room... im throwing stuff and loudly swearing. Mother wakes up and asks wtf im doing. I say " IM LOOKING FOR A GRP" she just asks what the hell im talking about and i just say that she doesnt understand a bit..half daoc and half real.. Tho i wouldnt have remembered that if she wouldnt have told me it the next morning

DAoC is starting to make us live in 2 worlds

I've certainly had a few dreams about DAOC whether it be exp'ing somewhere or looking for something or attacking something. I think it gets to the stage when all you do in your spare time is think about where the next XP is coming from and what spells / styles you are going to get next, and then you start living on absolutely minimal sleep.

This then leads to strange circumstances whereby if you are woken up or you wake up and you've had so little sleep, but your last thoughts were of DAOC, then it does seem to take a few minutes to work out what is going on.

Maybe it's some kind of subliminal addiction similar to the Masks in Halloween 3, and we're all being sucked into the DAOC and we don't even know it

I took a little break after I realised all I was doing was DAOC'ing, but I'm going to come back and play somemore soon....

In the meantime, get more sleep!
