Well i pre-ordered the game from play.com and received the key some days ago, i created my acc but didnt buy the early access, so i cant enter now even having the pre-ordered key, so my question is: anyone know when play.com is starting to deliver the game? the 23th or before so i can have it the day they launch the game? i cant contact em by e-mail, only by phone-call but im from spanish and im not sure that i can explain good, so if anyone asked em that by phone and got the answer, plz tell me

with play.com its pretty hit and miss, sometimes you get pre-orders a day before release, sometimes on release, sometimes a couple of days after.

The main reason i went with game was because they usually get it to you on time, now i'm starting to wish I had gone with play.com.

Why?

I never go with Play.com like you said yourself it's hit and miss and that is what you get for free postage in my opinion.

Game.co.uk will get it to you before release they are already picking/packing my game now.

My order is also packing, but they have removed all reference to the pre-order bonus from their website, and they havent answered any of my emails.

I may be wrong, but I am starting to get the feeling the pre-order bonus will no longer be supplied, because from what i have read, the pre-order key is what unlocks the bonus items.

I was having the same concerns about GAME
I pre-ordered, got into EA but with no mount so far

However I was told on the official forums that GAME will be supplying the pre-order mount code with the actual box.

If they don't supply you with what you ordered then have them for miss-advertising. It clearly states in the email that you are ordering Conan+mount (and whatever else you order)

I ordered from play last Saturday and got sent the mount key + early access today. I don't think i paid for early access tbh. Too much work to do to start playing atm tho Will have to wait until friday.

When I pre-ordered their website was advertising the bonus items, yet my order email has no mention of them.

i recieved an EA code from play.com yesterday afternoon, pretty sure i never paid for it.

Go to use the code, and all i get is "no given offer for this code" error all the time got my hopes up too lol

I ordered 2 copies from play.com and got sent 2 codes. I read somewhere tho that the codes were in limited numbers as were the early accesss spots so i guess you guys just missed out. Game have stopped advertising the free mammoth due to this. Play.com just haven't updated their info on the game.

As it happens I'm currently selling my second code on ebay if anyone is desperate. (shameless plug!)

Well, depends really. The EA wasn't informed by Funcom to all providers, so it can't be blamed on either side as Funcom did inform SOME.

Kind of a fun lil loophole there

you have a time stamped order, and there will be a record of what was on sale when, you can easily prove it was what was advertised when u ordered it

Actually no, i believe the rhino, bow, mammoth etc are not to be released later. Atleast one of the devs said so.

Next day delivery from PLAY.COM? unheard of unless you live less then 20 miles from them.

However, I ordered it on 29th April and they didn't manage to get my early access key out to me. I understood that the mammoth and rhino will be available ingame at level 40 - it's just that the pre-ordered ones with have swanky markings, otherwise exactly the same as ingame ones. I believe the bow is a special from Amazon only and not available in game? (or am I wrong?)
The website says they've been packing the order for almost 24 hours now - I expect it to arrive in a very large box covered with at least 78 yards of sellotape!!

Today after much emails to the aoc support and play, they tell me they sent out the wrong early access codes. New one was in my email shortly after and have now registered at last. now just to get in game and /claim to recieve my free bag and at 40 a rhino

Is it a key they send out in email ? (checked and nothing there besides your order has been dispatched emails).

mine was a Game one.. but it had 2 cd keys on the back of the manual, you checked that ?

Had no email from them, phoned them up they said funcom never supplied them with enough keys to cover the pre-order, as it does not state on there site that the offer is "subject to availability" I have contacted funcom with my order details (pre-ordered before offer expiration date) and would like my rhino mount

Even now they still have the offer up on there site, and no mention of availability just that offer only applied to orders before 20th (which was yesterday).
