Underground Forest/Otherworld/Cart Race in Abandonded Mines quests? Oh I found some new lowbie quest in Magmell with a new NPC there(standing outside the main building). It's one of those deliver a letter quests. It gave me alot of XP when in level 40's.....maybe I was dreaming though.

FOP Druid , 44 nurt , 30 reg.

Up to lvl 46 I find Fomor entrance is best , can pull 10 or so oranges with quick repop. After 46 PoC , exp arti's at the same time.

PoC mobs are too high up to 46 you will cap a lowbie on orange mobs.
