PL alts in mid

What is best class to PL alts in mid in the way chanter is used to PL alts in hib?

Yep.. the speed of the PL is equivalent with the amount of SM's in the group (not factoring in campspots spawnrates)

I am talking about 1 char PL another char

i.e myself playing on 2 accts on 2 pcs

I suppose what i am saying is what char can solo PvE best in the way a chanter can (not necessarily pb)...

nope, fastest way is with spiritmasters and ae stun. believe it or not

Yeah level 5-30 took under 10 hours in a group with four playing chars and four leechers, STLONG IMO!

Healers have AE Stun



he wants 1 character to plvl another.

He could have his 1 character as a healer, but then the only char he could really plvl is an SM (maybe RM, but power still regens slow)

Or he could use his 50 as a Shaman, and plvl any melee char

imo Shammy would be best bet, as a buffbot for end, buffs, dmg add and friggs while the melee (savages are especially good..) can solo orange, red an even low purples.

summoning sm i gues....no need for buffbot for pet buffs...and focus shield offc....will have some strong downtimes etc....
but 3 yellows at a time should be ok

Didn't work last tlime we tryed it. 8 sm's + outside bb and pac healer, tho but still.

A high lvl PAC healer is PL char imo.
Make a SM and get 2 other SMs to join you.
Someone said you could pull 3 yellow mobs. I pulled up to 20 yellow/orange.
At the lower lvls you can stick the Healer and run around pulling mobs and when the first mob run away just pull it again, then back up with your Healer. The SM will be precise in the center of ALL the mobs = perfect nukes.
I did that till I came to the Zombie camp in Yggdra. By then the mobs was high enough to hit my lvl 50 healer.
Btw there are some crab pits deep in some of the low lvl caves. Try to pull them all when they are yellow/orange to your SM. Uber fun and should give 1,5-2 bubs pr. Pull

Ae stubn is capped at 8 mobs, so i whouldnt pull more than 10-12.

Yup, didn't know that when I was exping my sm with ae stun, found that out soon enough :doh:

Yep. I saw that some places. Some times I would get XP for 4 mobs when I pulled 6 and some times a LOT more than 8.
One place was "deep" in cursed tomb. There is a pit with craps. We pulled all of the crabs and got XP from ALL of them.
I think the system is fubar.
You can ask Kangaroo and Anakil, 2 SMs from WR. They were with me.

I usaly buff up my SB and go keel red cons
no problem and fast exp

usually you think its alot more mobs than it actually is, and i know you can do huge pull. We couldnt be arsed to petpull in cursed just ae debuffpulling everything but 20 mobs is rare even in lair (unless you sync 2 pullers). And since you drain every camp there is with just 8 pulls anyway, thats the way to go imo (personally i think the bigger the pull the more fun).

Ever tried SM with Summoning spec?
From my experiance it's the best PL char I've ever played!
Need shammy boofs and at least one healer in grp tho!

If it’s the spawn rate that sets the limit at big camps, then I don’t think it can be done any faster.
4 ppl in the grp chaining 4-6 reds and clearing camps. That’s about the best XP I ever got.
