I wish i was that good.

Can anybody tell me what he does with the hair?
And I know he changes colour ballance of the eyes but then theres a bit where he just clicks and they suddenly have a nice black pupil with a white bit.

Reasonable photoshop skills but it's really what he does with them that counts.

I think he uses a freehand selection tool (lasso) to draw the pupil border and adjusts colour balance (Image>Adjustements>Colour Balance). Doesn't seem to be much more than that really.

yeah i got that leggy, but I swear later, he goes back to the eyes and they change

Sorry I didn't watch that far I'll have another look.

He looks like he's using some sort of colour dodge or colour burn tool but he clearly has the eraser tool selected. Maybe he's using a 70% opacity eraser to remove an element of the top layer (i.e he has a darker eye layer underneath)
