Help Photoshop - Che Guevara

We're going off to Ecuador this summer and we want to get a picture on the front of our t-shirts of our party leader. He's a typical ex-army officer type person so I was wondering if anyone could mould his face on the che guevara one?

kinda, was wondering if its possible to keep the beret and such on and just have his face in the middle of it but obviously not just like a cut and paste job like i've managed to do

And don't worry he's already said it's not a good idea to wear em whilst out there, so they're for the UK

And a free hand beard. Kinda hard to use Che's as its neck/beard form on a face on picture and would lose a lot of detail (black and white don't have much) for an almost profile look.
