You want to use a jeweller's drill to make a tiny hole in the top of the cathode ray tube in one of your colleague's monitors. Gradually make the hole larger (so as not to cause the tube to rupture) until you can fit a funnel in the hole.
Fill the cathode ray tube with a mixture of one part soap and one part petrol, heated to make napalm.
Now when your colleague switches on his/her monitor the tiny charge will ignite the whole thing and destroy the entire floor. I'd advise you to throw a sicky that day.
Ps. I'm not into this sort of thing at all, but it's amazing what you can learn from a popular novel and unhindered Internet access. I'm scared.
