If you call any number for Wanadoo or Wanadoo Portails you'll end up talking to receptionists and/or technical people who probably have no idea what GOA or DAOC is and don't speak English very well if at all.
Even if you did manage to get put through to someone at GOA who did speak English, he would politely tell you that all requests of that nature must go through either RightNow or e-mail to subscription@goa.com, thank-you for calling, good-bye.
They are not giving out anybody's password over the phone. You can't jump the queue that way.
Well, I emailed that address FIVE days ago about why I can't play DAOC at all, and still no answer...completely useless IMO. I emailed mythic, who helpfully told me to email GOA...ffs
I have been trying to get my password back from their bloody email since tuseday. Still no response. I have tried mailing mythic to which automaticcaly refers to GOA.
I dont know what to do. Frankly it keeps pissing me off more and more as I cannot accsess SI without my subscribtion password
It cant be that hard either, dont know why they cant just automaticcaly mail subscribtion passwords to everyone having sent them a mail. Off course everyone havent lost their passwords but it wouldnt hurt anyway......
