Reading the WTF post on rvr forums, pheobus can be used by sb??
On vos & alakhazam:
Requires Class: Bard, Minstrel, Skald

If its useable anyone know the stats for sb and zerker?

Usable by SB/Hunter, not sure about the stats.

I think everyone can use Phoebus' Harp, but there is only one version of it.

You can use it. The stats sucks, but the charge doesn't.
15 acuity wont do your SB any good, so that leaves 4% crush/slash/thrust.
The 6% spell duration will make your charge, and any other charge you use, last 6% longer though.

Thing is, hib/alb get the harp. Mid get a charge similiair to winged helm charge. This works for all classes, even in hib/alb, just that they get harps, while mids get the uber charge.
