Phoebus Harp Caster Stats

Is anyone able to confirm the bonuses on Phoebus for casters. Conflicting reports between debuff effectiveness and + range (seems + range is minstrel only?)

Did some digging and found this tucked away in VoS info:

The Phoebus Harp Necklace artifact will no longer summon a harp for Skalds, instead they will receive a new spell "Shrieking Displacement Aura". Additionally, for all realms the Stat Debuff bonus has been
replaced by a Casting Range bonus. (from the hot fixes Nov 20)

Still think it might be better to level it and see rather than relying on it

final stats on my sorcs version are :

Crush 4%
Slash 4%
Thrust 4%
Acuity 15
Power: 6% of power pool
Bonus to duration of spells : 6%
Bonus to spell range : 4%

the lvl 3 ability Bedazzled also works for my sorc.

Thanks Rushie, time for a new staff then won't be needing the + range from SoG
