I mean, these people are mental... I mean a Balloooon. I can see how someone would not like dogs, I know a few people who are... but a pickle?!

the last day at my old work before they closed down, they had balloons everywhere and my friend was so scared rofl, we didnt know she was before then, and she started crying and ran out and had to sit in the tea room

Thing is a lot of Phobias are formed uncontiously before we are even old enough to understand them. I freak out at spiders but I cant say why I do it, Presumably I had enough negative experiences of them when i was young that my brain now just.........Bug+8 legs+web=spider=OMFGNONONONONO
Why people are scared of balloons? who knows maybe they had a bastard little brother who used to pop em in there face as a kid.

when I was an ickle babeh I had some very bad experiences with spiders, and these days they freak me out still although Im nearly over it now

of course I freak at spiders that are big with spidly legs and that have fangs and are very poisonous, but thats not as much a phobia as it is common sense really.
