PHN on stealthers ?

Seems like more and more midduls are including Phoebus' Harp necklace in their templates. Im sure its not cus of the high uv so could someone explain to me how the melee/styleblock works ?`And maybe why no hibbie ns\rangers are using it ?

It's a 5 minute duration buff that removes 75% of style damage.

[13:32:10] 50 style damage was blocked by the defender's magic shielding.
[13:32:10] You perform your Garrote perfectly. (+17)
[13:32:10] You attack Dude with your sword and hit for 67 (-54) damage!

The style damage in this is (50+17) = 67.
Then apply the style reduction: 67 * 0.75 = 50 damage blocked.


The reason hibs/albs stealthers don't use it in their templates is that the style reduction buff is not available to them.

Melee damage reduction is getting a little crazy tbh

Tried this out on my ranger once
PD4, capped melee resists and belt of the sun incombat buff

Imagine if I had som or wh ontop of this

be ven worse if they give archers access to warguard as a third ML path

The best thing about a melee hunter is they can put just sword skill str qui and con, and lot's of toa toys to run around 12'5 minuts SoM and WH/PN.
