(and you could throw into the mix which class you are running with and whether you run in a FG, and how much time you spent rvring to get that RP relative to real time etc)

Mid has no conced spec af buff...and conc haste needs another bb..that 95% doesnt have
Tho by removing these conc spec buffs from alb/mid ... would really help balance out stealth play, but still leave grped rvr almost unaffected.
I mean...sure... LA=CD=DW when same level (with some statistical variance on small fights)...if u count in the alb increased Af and the 100%possibility that a hib stealther will be red hasted for all of the run (thus not messing with his timers also)...then u got sb left with nothing...just the ability to use them both as timered charges.
