We all know that you're the moderators little pet. Kind of like a lighter version of Awarkle (possibly gunning for a position yourself?)

I got a no warning ban for three days when i stepped over the line. In no way i'm a "favored" individual. I just know how to behave and learn from my mistakes *cough* Which you don't evidently.

And how did you come to that conclution?

I havn't been "banned" for over a year (I got my postage rights removed for something hardly worth it) I have said worse before and got away with it, its not my fault mods keep moving the goal posts when they feel like it.

I admit, the mods SHOULD give us a LITTLE more slack (e.g. Insulting should be fine, but DIAF shouldn't) since we speak about pure crap anyway. But, some mods are needed.

EDIT: Also, I've learnt a few lessons. Been banned twice on this account, for different reasons though. So, Mods do do thier jobs. Just sometimes without reading responces

Well you do have a tendency for walking "the line".

Actually the goal posts are quite firmly placed, it's just the "personal opinion" that matters. And when you have a person with no stick and a person with a banstick, the banstick, 9 10 out of 10 times, wins.

What exactly is "Winning?" Stopping me from posting for 5 days is not a tradional victory.

I walk the line and I don't complain when I get punished, but some mods DO move the goal posts whether you want to see it or not.

Forums also have rules, take a look at the other gaming forums around, you wont find many that allow the slackness which has been granted in the DAOC forums. There is a great community here in OT, I personally don't think the moderation here is too harsh, but if the community as a whole feels there is a problem then I'll surely be thinking twice before showing the red card... however, the rules are there for a reason and need to be upheld.
