I was gonna post a reply, with some "football is gay'ish" reference and some "playing with eachother sticks on the couch" thing, but felt it wasn't even necessary

Actually looks like a rather innovative way to use the controller.

looks pretty interesting, how accurate can it actually be though? never having played a game other than sports on a (friends) wii, i was very unimpressed by how responsive the controls were. i've always considered the control system to be a little bit of a white rabbit.

still, if this works as shown, this could be the most innovative sports game ever. i see where they've been putting the time they didn't put into the 'next gen' pes2008 now

The main problem I'd have is that in two player on the same console, you' be able to see each others movements too easily and could move your men accordingly

Other then that though, for on-line play or single play it looks pretty cunning.

i dont think the lines will be there when the real version comes out tho
