Posted on my guild forum but thought I'd shove it here to.
Check your WAR folder, specifically the .MYP files. If any of these exceed 3.6Gb in size then delete them, carry out a full file check and the game will replace them with the correct files.
My data.myp file was 59.2Gb and the patch.myp sitting at 12Gb, now they're 49Mb and 552Kb respectively. RvR is no longer the utter lag fest I was having and in general the game just feels a little more responsive.
