PDF type help.

Sharon is doing a management course, she needs to get this .pdf file into word format so that she can fill it in and send it via e-mail.

Is there any way that this can be achieved other than creating the table in Word and copy pasting the text in after?

If you have a scanner you can always do:
1) Print Form
2) Fill in
3) Scan
4) Send

There are also 1.7 million hits when you type: pdf to word format converter in google. I have not personally used any but there are lots of free ones to try.

Christ on a stick. It would have taken the best part of 10 minutes (if you're particularly slow) to just create it yourself instead of looking for a way to convert it.
