Outright it's a very, very basic bit of kit, and I'd not want to be fitting a decent graphics card to it really, even though it might just tide you over for the time being.
The motherboard is the lowest spec that will take a Core2Duo processor and not much more beyond, very slow memory and the pci express slot for a graphics card is not electrically x16 - meaning anything you fit thats much quicker than a basic geforce 8600 just won't get any faster due to huge bottlenecking.

I'd really advise against it unless you're desperate for a quick and cheap PC.
