Isnt a 8fg zerg with a fg Infis a bit overkill against 3 defenders?
The timing is funny aswell... Hibs are raiding Grallar and you go with !!!73!!! people to retake an undefended lvl 5 keep?

Yeah... but the thing is: What you gonna bring if you expect defense? Lets do the math:

73 attackers vs 5 people inside keep

233 attackers if Mids should decide to defend with 2fgs

350 attackers for 3fgs then...

Someone say Albion aint the zerg ream. :p

I mean, actually I invited you for a retake by posting that we have a max of 8-10 people in beno... and then you come with 9fgs? Just to make sure I guess, eh?

Watching TV... Hibs had been massacred at that point already. I don't have just 1 char to play you know? For Relic defense I prefer my wee Runie.

Oh yeah, we're popping by Beno anytime soon (Before the keep is lvl 10) with 2-3fgs so better gather the whole realm there.

so with that genius formula mids should defend with:
1fg defenders = 206 Mids
2fg defenders = 412 Mids
3fg defenders = 618 Mids

oh and lets say an RR with 10fg's ( quite small ) that would bring 2060 mids.
Since mids once attacked Beno with 103 ppl vs 4defenders.

oh your just full of shit and trying to flame Albion cuz they wtfpwnd your sorry arse while you were RPwhoreing at your Guild keep while Hibs were attacking your Relics. nevermind then.

To be honest I just wanted to have a little fun... if not at Beno then at least here (Read FLAME). Maybe I was even hoping for some alb to give an objective comment on this retake.

Who came up with the idea to assemble such a massive force? How long did it take?
In Mid it would be pretty hard to build up such an army without confirmation of very heavy defense at the target.

@Atrox: Grow up man! Wasnt fun for you retaking it. Wasnt fun for us defending. No need to get personal. We're at war but its a game. I pay for it to play it my way aswell as you do. I think a few taunts in the general direction of the enemy should not provoke comments like "your just full of shit".

@Those "as if mids never zerg" guys: I didnt say that did I? Ofcourse we do it... in certain sitiuations it is necessary. Like when the enemy has a Corpse Summoner up close to the relic keep. (The general attitude in Midgard is not to let the enemy have a CS over night. Maybe you know why.) I just said that this particular retake was overkill and if you got a tiny bit of pride then you gotta give me that one!

well I wasnt part of any retake.
and I didnt call you full of shit cuz you thought attacking a keep with 73ppl were overkill, it is, I called you full of shit due to your formula of how many albs would need to attack a keep. I just posted some of my own numbers based on accual incidents ( mids attacking Beno with 103 ppl, no Corpse Summoner there, and theres 4defenders inside ).

What is the point of the RvR section?

I find it a bit sad that people see everything posted here as a whine nowadays. There is no real arguments anymore. Just mud throwing.
Actually I'm trying to mentaly /challenge some of you to an interesting and funny argument but I think its pointless.
Maybe we should just turn this section into a general /TAUNT thread where everyone can call everyone whatever he likes whenever he likes but I still see this forum as a way to communicate with the "enemy".

@Xeanor: I hate Midgard Falls. I prefer Spindelhalla. But yes it kinda sucks that we lost access because every time that happens Spindelhalla is so packed with Mids that one almost expects a zone crash. :)

Well it just seems like a normal keep raid that happens once a week or so where one realm really outnumbers another, sometimes it can be fun if you have "keep defence" classes inside to stop the army taking the keep.

What i was meaning was that, if like 40 hibs attacked bled and you had a fg inside with sms/shaman it can be fun surely?i just can't understand why it upset you o_O or you just trying to pursuade albs to come back or i am clearly fucked out of my mind as usual missing the point here xD

Thats not quite true, had 70 odd mids trying to retake Bled agisnt 7 hibs defending (but they had no rams so ill let them off :p ) Then they dissappred for a few mins then a zerg of mids came and I asked Redb how many mids there, since as Eclipse had it claimed and he said 115 mids o_O
