patch whines

ive lost dur on both my quest bracers, funny bug, both down to 70% QQ
anyone else had the same?

also, pls correct me if im wrong but shouldnt my dmg cap increase with the new 16.5dps double bladed axe, was using the old 16.1dps axe before, same setup, same qua and what i got was 2dmg lower cap

If you are below RR5 you will be capped at 16.2 anyway - so no big difference

My GOA event hammer went down to 70% dur last patch, seems to be a random thing happening at patches.
