Patch client down?

I get the following message when I try to launch WAR.

The patch client was unable to retrieve the file [base/audio.myp.mft] from the patch server.

It's been like this for the last 4 hours. Any ideas?

During those 4 hours did you reboot your computer? Turn off any anti-virus or another background running programs, which may have been causing the problem?
