Patch 1.68 and +% changes.

I think everyone knows that +25% bonuses get reduced to 10% and +50 cap stats to +26, but this is in 1.68.

My question:

Does anyone plan on getting a pre-1.68 ToA suit or are you just going for the post-1.68 right away?

it prob take you soo long to lvl the artifacts that by that time we will be well into 1.68 as its only a fix patch not content .. so there wont be time to make a pre 1.68 suit with lvl'd artifacts imo

Since (nearly?) all new item bonuses are reduces to 2% ( if I read the whining at vnboards correctly) I think I'll wait and see untill 1.68...

Would hate to ruin a mp suit I've been saving
