I know a lot of you are eagerly awaiting the next patch after seeing the great job we did fixing up Albion, so take a look at these fixes for Hibernia and Midgard (with a little Archer love thrown in because we love you guys)

BUG FIXES AND NEW THINGS:

HIBERNIA CHANGES

- Our Strike Team has been hard at work evaluating all the feedback we've been receiving on the Blademaster class, and we've made some changes that all you Blademasters out there should enjoy.
- Blademasters can now be the Elf race.

- Another Hibernia class that required some attention was the Bard. Many Bards have been complaining about their Empathy stat, so we are adding a new self Empathy Buff to the Bard Nurture line.
- Level 23 Nature's Feelings (+20 Empathy)
- Level 33 Nature's Concern (+40 Empathy)
- Level 43 Nature's Therapist (+60 Empathy)

- In addition, we are also adding a new instrument to the Bard's arsenal. This instrument is the Dinner Triangle, and it is required to use another new song we are adding (boy aren't you Bards lucky) to the Nurture line. The song will act as a PBAE taunt and will cause nearby enemies to auto-target the bard. This song is only useable in RvR.
- Level 15 Create Horde (Causes up to 8 people to target and /stick the bard)
- Level 25 Summon Horde (Affects up to 16 people)
- Level 35 Call Overlord (Affects up to 32 people)
- Level 45 Invoke Zerg Rush (Causes all enemies in the zone to froth at the mouth and rush the bard)

- In addition, since all you Bards have been asking for particle effects on your instruments, all instruments will now display a special "bull's eye" graphic on the Bard's chestpiece. This graphic has been retroactively applied to ALL bard instruments.

- There was a bug with Animist pets where they were taking too long to find the target and would also sometimes cast the effect on themselves. In order to fix this, all Animists have been changed into Blademasters.

- We have received reports of a bug where people were levelling characters at spots other than the hill fins in Cursed Forest. All other levelling spots have been removed in order to correct this, hill fins is now the only place to get experience in Hibernia.


MIDGARD CHANGES

- Since Midgard has been having problems with their timed endurance buff (it runs out after 10 minutes!), we are changing the buff to be more in line with what we envision the melee realm to be. From now on, the endurance buff will last 30 minutes and will pulse every 5 seconds to remove any adverse effects the character with the buff may be suffering. This includes, but is not limited to: Stuns, Mezzes, Poisons, DoTs, Damage of any type (DD, AE, PBAE), Rez Sickness, and Death. In addition, the endurance buff will now remember what additional buffs were cast upon the target and will automatically refresh them if the shaman that cast them dies, or the player that is using them dies.

- In order to help Thanes deal more damage on the battlefield, all Thane spells are now AE with a 900 radius effect. In order to offset this large radius, we have taken away the Thane single target insta and have lowered the delve value on the AE to approximately 5.

- There was a bug where the Spiritmaster could summon a pet that could occasionally damage someone, this has been fixed. We intended for Spiritmaster pets to be spirits, and as such, unable to affect the corpeal world (note: this does not mean they can hit Necromancers in shade form, that would be illogical).


GENERAL CHANGES

- After careful review of the Archer situation across all three realms, we have decided to grant Archers an additional ability. Granted at level 40, this ability is called "Torcan Disguise", and has a 100% chance to proc anytime an archer does a combat action (nocks an arrow, goes into melee mode, runs, etc). Upon proccing, the archer will immediately assume the looks, stats, and attacks of the Torcan, commonly seen roaming around Emain Macha. This buff will last for 30 minutes, and we feel it will help archers hide from assassins.

Edit: After extensive testing on Pendragon, it was felt that "Torcan Disguise" was simply too powerful, so we are giving assassins the ability "Squeal Piggy, Squeal!" at level 40 in order to counter it. This is a 2500 range, 900 delve value insta DD that can be used on any torcan the assassin sees. The recast timer for "Squeal Piggy, Squeal!" is 2 seconds.

- There was a bug where archers were occasionally able to kill someone, this has been fixed.


CLASSIC CAMELOT WORLD NOTES

- Since you bastards on Lancelot killed our wittle pwecious Hibernia dragon, we are changing the encounter to ensure that it doesn't happen again. From now on, the dragon is immune to everything! So leave our baby alone!


SI WORLD NOTES

- Galladoria, the epic dungeon in Hibernia, has had the drop rates lowered dramatically. We feel that if 80 people take the time to raid a dungeon, only 1 or 2 people should benefit, not 6 or 7. In addition, the final boss of the dungeon has had his difficulty increased, as there were occasions where a group of 90+ people were ALMOST able to defeat his 4 guardians and cause him to spawn. In order to counter this, the Earth Primal hits for 4000 damage a hit, the Water Primal will cast an AE spell similar to the dragon's breath weapon, the Air Primal will chain cast unresistable, unpurgable Mez, Stun, and Root, and the Fire Primal's fire trails will now cover the entire encounter area. Furthermore, the Fire Primal will now make his rounds every 30 seconds instead of every 8 minutes.
