hmm nope, not here in standing foot, but i know FireFox got an excellent feature thats called "saved passwords" under privacy in your "tools" section where you can browse all your passwords from diffrent sites, this is natually a dangerous thing if someone else uses your browser to check out your passwords, thats why you can put a master password on it aswell
will have to check up on the IE password thingy tho...
They are saved in a key in the registry which is only readable by the system, i.e noone can view them by default.
You can change the permissions on the key to let you read them, but even then the data is useless to you as it is encrypted.
What do you want to do with them?
I'm not entirely sure why you want to know where the passwords are stored, but just in case you're looking to remove them off your PC go to tools, IE options, content, auto complete, then clear passwords.
