Password Issues

I'm having way too much trouble with my DAOC password.... I'm sure it's probably already been discussed but if any one has any ideas please help me out.

I have a DAOC account that was attached to my EA master account a little while ago. I've since then forgotten what my DAOC account password was. I can log into the EA master account no problem but I dont see a recover password option. Only change password which you need the original... Any ideas I'd appreciate it...

I'm having the same issue, (was thinking of checking in and clearing the dust off my toons as I have 14 free days). Can login to EA account np and reactivate, but cant access DAIC, the only password reset option on the account asks for the old password (DUH!), and logging it just gets you an email asking you to ring them.

What a pain in the ass, being secure is one thing, but come on, surely a password reminder sent to the registered email address cant be too much to ask can it?????

1 you are adding _eu to your account name ?
2 ring them up, they are usually quite quick and effective

the EU one's fine, its the other acct.

if quick and effective means 20 minutes of hold music then.................
