Passive and active Pierce in NF

Got a few questions regarding passive and active pierce. Would be greatfull for answers. (Wasnt able to locate anything about it in the patch notes)


Will the passive pierce cap be 10% in NF?

And will the active pierce cap be 10% as well, which means 20% pierce is the total cap?

10% active or passive just 10% in total they both count towards same cap
and yes 10% peirce cap is in patch 1.70 ie nf

Oh, btw. Resist piercing only affects item resists. Just to clarify this for anyone interested
