I usually play Q2 online WTF is that i hear you say but beacuse my pants ADSL connection with Claranet has been borked for 4 months now i have had a bash at CS because it does not seem to be effected so much for some reason .
Anyways all i seem to hear every 5 mins is the word CHEAT so my question is this .
Is CS infested with cheats or is everyone just paranoid ? .
At the end of the day the main person a cheat is cheating is his/herself .

I only think I've ever seen one cheat and I actually recorded him wall hacking .

I see someone maoning about cheats every time I play especially when they just spent the last 30 minutes getting headshoted by Dolly .

It does make me think though how the hell people can head shot me from one side of a map to the other with an AK and I cant hit someone right infront of me with it

I use the Colt and AK Rifles a lot, so, obviously i know how to control the recoil, and get nice long range shots, altho i hate it when some fucker jumps out at me, then i shit it and lose concentration

When i buy Para's / Nick em, i tend to actually go on suicide missions, just run forward like a truck and dont look back , i always tend to kill a few in a row which is funny

I remember one time on militia I got 234 headshots in a row, and decimated the ct team. Another time, I wiped out an entire server with my knife - they all had awms.

I stopped being as cynical at CS than I used to be when I found out exactly how CS plays and also how utterly random the game mechanics are.

I still swap teams and knife people in the head if they ARE cheating however.

Just noticed that bit.

We tried to tell ourselves that and rise above it all, but it just doesn't work. Verbal abuse or the remedy mentioned in my above post is now the norm.
