kinda groove going for him, the dough used is thicker. then you gots your dinner pancakes, them got the none sweetness deal going - you eats them with all sorts of meat & cheese Then you got your "classical" plate sized sweat thin cakes - my particular favorit. And lastly you got your dessert flambe "crepes" style P-cake, which are indeed also lovely * Indeed one could argue that the last two are one and the same, but i split them due to prep and serving -

Interesting recipe - I have always just used eggs/flour/milk and water to reach the right consistency. But then I like savoury pancakes.
